Smart bulk editing for Webflow CMS Collections

Change hundreds of items in one go, create calculated fields and shape your Collections without touching CSV files or brittle automations.

Limited seats. For people already running Webflow CMS on real projects.

01 · The problem

Your CMS deserves better than CSV ping-pong

If you run a blog, directory, catalogue or any content-driven Webflow site, you probably:

  • Spend hours changing the same field across dozens or hundreds of CMS items.
  • Fight with CSV exports and imports every time prices, status, tags or metadata change.
  • Wish you had calculated fields — discounted price, score, flags — without building them one by one.

The Webflow CMS API exists, but using it directly means code, scripts and maintenance.

02 · The solution

A smart worksheet on top of your Collections

Stackflow connects to your Webflow site with your own API key and turns your CMS Collections into a smart worksheet.

Advanced bulk edit

Filter by field, text or status and update hundreds of items in a single pass.

Calculated fields

Define simple rules with spreadsheet-style formulas and apply them across a Collection.

Preview before you send

See a before / after table of every change, then push it to Webflow when it looks right.

Full activity log

Every create, update and publish is recorded with who did it, when and what changed.

All of it in the browser, no code required.

03 · How it works

From connection to clean data in four steps

  1. 01

    Connect your Webflow site

Paste your site API key and pick the Collections you want to work on.

  2. 02

    Set up fields and rules

Choose the fields you edit most and add calculated fields with simple formulas.

  3. 03

    Filter and edit in bulk

Select the items you need, preview the result and apply everything in one click.

  4. 04

    Check the activity log

Every action is tracked, so you always know who changed what and when.

04 · Early access

Limited seats, generous limits

We're letting in a small group of teams to shape the product. During early access each account gets:

  • Up to 5 Collections
  • Up to 500 items per Collection
  • 1,000 write operations per day

All we ask in return is honest feedback and, if you're up for it, a 20–30 minute call about how you use the tool.

06 · FAQ

Common questions

Do I have to pay?

No. Stackflow is free during early access. We may introduce paid options later, but early users will keep preferential terms.

Is my data safe?

Stackflow connects to your Webflow site only with the API key you provide, stored encrypted. We don't keep copies of your CMS content — only logs of the operations you run, for debugging and product improvement.

Can I use it on more than one Webflow site?

During early access each account can connect 1 Webflow site.

Do I need to be a developer?

No. The interface is made for content managers, CMS operators and agencies. The Webflow API is used under the hood.
